1 Corinthians 3:8-9 - For we are God's fellow workers

The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.

Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

Only God draws unbelievers to Himself.

Christians are co-laborers with each other in ministry. One plants, another may water, and yet another may reap.

Paul's point is clear: God alone is responsible for the success of Christian ministry.
